Objective: 
  1. To be introduced to the types of wires and beads available to jewellery makers.
  2. To gain an understanding of the function of different wires and findings and gain skills in using the main tools for wire and bead jewellery.
  3. To enable students awareness of importance of designing for sustainability.
  4. To provide knowledge of current sustainable technologies, materials and design innovation.

Beading Art and Eco Fashion 

Student will:

CO19:  Develop the knowledge about the historical and the cultural   aspects of jewellery design

CO20:  Create beading jewellery with use of thread, findings and beads.

CO21:  Develop Eco - fashion jewellery making skills using scrap material along with shilpkar, beads, wood, Hook, Findings, Gem Stones.

CO22:  Commercialize beading art and open new boundaries for job seekers.
